Does the AI give medical advice?

Never. Anything medical goes straight to your team.

Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

Your clinic pays Meta's WhatsApp messaging fees directly, separately from your C-Link subscription. We set up your number and templates with you.

Do patients need to install anything?

No. They use the WhatsApp they already have.

Does our C-Link price change with how much we message?

No. Your plan is one fixed monthly price for the clinic. Meta's own messaging fees are separate.

How do we pay?

One monthly amount in US dollars: cash, OMT or Whish.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The assistant replies in the patient's own dialect, including Lebanese Arabic.

Is our data separated from other clinics?

Yes. Each clinic is isolated in the database, and sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256.
