WhatsApp overload
One shared phone, hundreds of unread chats, and no way to tell a booking from a "are you open?".
For clinics & solo doctors · Arabic-ready
C-Link is the AI receptionist that replies to patients in seconds, books real appointment slots inside the chat, and hands the conversation to your team the moment it matters.
No app for patients · English & Arabic · Private by design
The problem
Running a clinic means caring for patients while also answering messages, arranging appointments, following up after visits and keeping the day's admin moving. When it all arrives at once — usually on WhatsApp, usually after hours — patients wait longer than anyone would like, and your team feels it first. That's exactly the part C-Link is glad to pick up.
One shared phone, hundreds of unread chats, and no way to tell a booking from a "are you open?".
After-hours messages sit until morning. By then, the patient booked somewhere that answered.
Hours, prices, location, insurance, parking — typed out by hand, dozens of times a day.
Patient details in one notebook, payments in another, and the schedule on a whiteboard.
How it works
No app, no sign-up, no link. The number they already know.
Hours, services, prices, directions — warm, brief, and in the patient's own dialect, using only what your clinic has configured.
The AI offers real open slots as a tappable list — only the ones still within the capacity that doctor allows. One tap books it, and the confirmation lands in the chat.
Complaints, medical questions, or “let me talk to someone” move the thread to your team's inbox — and the AI steps fully out.
The schedule fills, the patient record updates, payments are tracked per doctor — and analytics show exactly how much the AI handled.
Features
Answers routine chats end-to-end. Escalates complaints, medical questions and “get me a human” — and never talks over your staff.
Patients pick from a tappable list of real open slots. Booked and confirmed inside the chat, day or night — and your team can send a reminder for any appointment with one tap.
Set slot duration, availability and how many patients each slot may hold — one at a time, or several in parallel. Every doctor keeps their own rules.
Max appointments per slot 1 2 3 CustomPhone numbers, messages and medical profiles encrypted at rest. Duplicate patients are caught by phone number, automatically.
Private clinical notes per doctor — with AI tidy-up of wording and whole-history summaries on the Pro tier. The AI never invents a fact.
Required, received, remaining — a per-doctor ledger where corrections are new entries, never edits. Clean books for every doctor in the clinic.
One honest number: the share of chats AI handled end-to-end versus reached your team — trended over any date range, per doctor.
Bookings, reschedules and cancellations mirror to each doctor's calendar — with zero patient details in the event. Ever.
Who it's for
She opens the dashboard to a calm picture: today's appointments, which chats need a human, and every doctor's books. The few conversations the AI escalates wait in one queue — oldest first, with the reason attached. She sets the working hours and services once — the AI answers from them ever after. Analytics tell her the AI is absorbing most of the routine load.
His day view shows exactly his schedule. Each patient's encrypted profile — conditions, medicines, history — is one tap away, and his private notes stay his. After the visit he marks attendance and records the payment under his own name.
He messages the clinic at 11 pm and gets an instant, polite answer in Arabic. Two taps later he's booked for Tuesday at 10:00. When he asks about his medication, a human answers in the morning — the AI knew not to.
Integrations
Built on Meta's official Cloud API: cryptographically verified webhooks, approved message templates, and the 24-hour messaging window respected automatically. Your clinic's own number, your own credentials.
A one-way mirror to each doctor's calendar: created, moved and cancelled appointments appear there within moments — as a bare time block, never with patient information.
The assistant runs on a configurable AI provider behind a strict, validated contract: it can only reply, escalate, or book. Anything else the model tries is rejected and routed to a human.
Security & privacy
Health data deserves more than a privacy policy. These guarantees are built into the architecture — not bolted on.

We say "live" only when it's real. These are in the works — not in the product yet.

FAQ
Never. The assistant runs under hard rules that forbid diagnoses, medication guidance and clinical opinions of any kind. Anything medical is escalated to your team immediately, with the reason attached.
It escalates instead of guessing. The conversation enters your team's queue, the AI sends nothing further, and a staff member claims the thread and replies. The AI only returns when the patient writes again after the thread is resolved.
No. Patients use plain WhatsApp — the app they already have. No downloads, no sign-ups, no links to click.
Yes. Every record is isolated per clinic at the database level with row-level security, and sensitive fields — phone numbers, messages, medical profiles, clinical notes — are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Yes. The assistant replies in the patient's own language, including Lebanese Arabic. The staff dashboard runs in English today, with the Arabic interface rolling out.
That's your decision. Each doctor's schedule carries a maximum appointments per slot setting — leave it at one for a strictly one-at-a-time clinic, or raise it where a doctor runs parallel or overlapping visits. Once a slot reaches the capacity you set, it stops being offered and the patient is shown the next open times instead.
Meta's 24-hour customer-service window is enforced automatically: free-form replies are only sent while the window is open, and outside it only Meta-approved message templates (like cancellation notices and reminders) go out.
Yes — claim it with one tap, or simply reply: replying while the AI holds a thread takes it over automatically. From that moment the AI is fully out until the conversation is resolved.
